No queues guaranteed: the ADITUS online ticket shop
The ADITUS online ticket shop can either be integrated into a website as a modular component or as a hosted service. It offers your customers ticket purchase and ticket registration, around the clock. Payment can be made by direct debit, credit card, Klarna, PayPal or Apple Pay.
Organizers benefit from the shift of ticket sales to the Internet in multiple ways: Online ticket purchases mean a reduced need for expensive advance booking offices. They also relieve the POS desks at the event location and save on hardware and personnel. Since visitors print out their admission tickets at home or download them onto their smartphones, this noticeably reduces the amount of ticket material required.

Print@home
saves time and money – for both organizers and visitors
Traditional tickets from an advance booking office or box office are increasingly being replaced by contemporary print@home tickets. Visitors simply book and pay for their tickets online. Once booking is complete, they print out their PDF ticket on their home printer. This is far more convenient than standing in queues.
For organizers, print@home ticketing has even greater advantages: Since visitors print out their tickets themselves, this considerably reduces the material costs for tickets at advance booking offices and box offices. Consquently less personnel and hardware are required on-site for registration. Event visitors can use their print@home ticket to directly pass through admission controls without having to register on site, thus ensuring speedy admission and avoiding long queues.
Mobile tickets
Friendly to the environment and the customer: next-generation ticketing
The increasing performance and display size of modern smartphones enables a new ticket generation. The mobile ticket (m-ticket) is customer-friendly as well as environmentally friendly. After ordering through the ticket shop, visitors receives their digital ticket on their smartphones.
Upon entering the event, the barcode is directly scanned by ADITUS mobile or stationary systems from the visitor’s smartphone display. Mobile tickets also reduce the risk of visitors forgetting their ticket at home, at work or at the hotel. Who would leave home without their smartphone …

Efficient customer invitations by exhibitors
ADITUS e-tickets and their associated administration tools enable exhibitors to invite their customers by e-mail or traditional mail and provide digital coupons for the event. Registration codes simultaneously serve as direct links to online visitor registration for the event.
Upon registration, customers receive their ticket either by e-mail as a PDF attachment (print@home ticket) or as a 2D barcode for their smartphone (mobile ticket). Registration data from invited customers is automatically forwarded to the exhibitor.
