In 2022, ADITUS became an Associate Member of UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.
UFI is the global association of the world’s leading trade show organizers and fairground owners, as well as the major national and international exhibition associations, and selected partners of the exhibition industry.
UFI’s main objective is to represent, promote and support the business interests of the exhibition industry. High quality events receive the UFI Seal of Approval to confirm that organizers comply with the UFI’s high qualitative standards.

Trade fairs, exhibitions and conventions are central components in the marketing mix of many companies. These events are a profit-generating marketplace where companies and customers exchange useful information. With around 40 members, FAMA (Fachverband Messen und Ausstellungen) represents a significant part of the German trade fair industry.
FAMA supports its members in further improving the quality of their events and enhance market transparency for customers, as well as to achieve sustainable success for exhibitors, visitors and venues.
Twice a year, members and interested guests meet at the FAMA specialist trade fair conferences. Alongside keynote speeches on current topics, the exchange within the members’ network is particularly important.

Due to the constant growth of our company, we are always on the lookout for motivated and excellently trained employees.
In cooperation with the University of Hildesheim, ADITUS offers IT students of the study courses Applied Computer Science, Business Informatics and Information Management & Information Technology (IMIT) various possibilities to transfer the knowledge gained during their studies directly into practical know-how.
The University of Hildesheim cooperates with more than 30 regional partner companies in the IT study programs. A successful instrument is “IT speed dating” where partner companies and IT students exchange information. The internships often result in working student activities, project/final theses and permanent employment relationships.

DHBW Ravensburg
Together with the DHBW Ravensburg, we offer prospective students the opportunity to combine theory and practice. During the three-year Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in trade fair, congress and event management, the phases at the university in Ravensburg and at our company in Hanover alternate every three months. During their studies, students can gain on-site experience with exciting projects on ticketing solutions in the trade fair, congress, and event environment.
For more than 35 years, DHBW Ravensburg has played a pioneering role in the academic training of the next generation of managers in the trade fair, exhibition, congress, and event industry. The dual partners of the degree program include the most important players in the event industry.
